Base Mochi Waffle

Our base mochi waffle is made from rice flour making it fully gluten-free. We use coconut oil for cooking which keeps the mochi waffle seed oil free and dairy free.

Gluten Tolerable

Base Sourdough Waffle

Our sourdough base waffle is made from organic einkorn wheat making it tolerable to our gluten sensitive crowd. Einkorn wheat is an ancient grain and is used across Europe for breads, pastas, and more! We source it from Italy.

You can find the food truck on Saturdays at the Farmlovers Farmer's Market located at the corner of Ala Moana Blvd. and Ward Avenue. The market is open from 8 AM - 12 PM.
