Base Mochi Waffle

Our base mochi waffle is made from rice flour making it fully gluten-free. We use coconut oil for cooking which keeps the mochi waffle seed oil free and dairy free.

You can find the food truck on Saturdays at the Farmlovers Farmer's Market located at the corner of Ala Moana Blvd. and Ward Avenue. The market is open from 8 AM - 12 PM.

On Sundays we are at the Kailuatown Farmer's Market hosted by Farmlovers. The market is located in the employee parking lot for Adventist Health Castle and is open from 8 AM - 12 PM.
